Robert Half Contract Adminstrator in Long Beach, California

Description

We are looking for a meticulous contracts administrator to assist our busy business units with contract management duties from inception to completion. The contract administrator will be tasked with responding to all contract inquiries and ensuring that contracts are accurately drafted, properly executed through DocuSign, and uploaded to the contract management system. If you have the experience and the skill set required in contract management, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with various business units to understand their contract needs and requirements.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contract types including government, technology and vendor agreements ensuring they meet company standards.

  • Ensure proper execution of contracts through DocuSign.

  • Handle the redlining process for contract negotiation, producing draft agreements and evaluating counter-offers.

  • Monitor the progress of contracts, from initiation till completion, making sure all parties involved comply with the terms and conditions.

  • Liaise with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

  • Maintain organized system for contract tracking and management, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate potential contractual and operational risks.

  • Support the resolution of contractual disputes and discrepancies.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or a relevant field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related role.

  • Proven experience redlining various agreements including government, technology, and vendor.

  • Proficiency in electronic agreement tools like DocuSign.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
