Description oin our dynamic team as a Parts Ordering Administrator at our gym equipment company in Long Beach. We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts for our range of fitness equipment.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage the ordering process for gym equipment spare parts.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.

Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify parts needs and prioritize orders.

Monitor and analyze parts usage to optimize inventory levels.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to parts orders.

Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving procurement processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding purchasing and inventory management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in procurement or inventory management.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
