Job Summary:

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets walk in clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.

• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.

• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

• Manage and maintain office supplies.

• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks to Account Manager Team.

• Performs basic printing, filing, scanning, recordkeeping, and general office duties.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma (HS) or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of administrative experience

• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook required.

• Ability to work well with others in an office and manufacturing shop environment, possess good work ethics, and a positive attitude.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational, customer service, time management, interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Bilingual – English and Spanish

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
