Description Robert Half is currently recruiting a Benefits Administrator for our highly respected client. The benefits administrator will oversee and administer the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs. The benefits administrator will routinely research alternative benefits programs, implement enhancements to current programs, and oversee all general tasks associated with benefits administration. How you will make an impact
Design administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration
Work closely with and maintain professional communication with accounting department
Manage relationships with all our service providers
Research employee benefits plans and vendors
Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker's compensation etc.)
Assist organization to comply with applicable government regulations
Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility
Oversee daily benefits processing
Craft benefit appropriate programs such as insurance, wellness etc.
Ensure employees are aware of their benefit options Requirements - Excellent communication and organization skills
Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Familiarity with benefits contract language
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or similar relevant field
Hands-on experience with data analysis
3+ years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
