Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Longmont, Colorado

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Administrative Coordinator in LONGMONT, Colorado. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on administrative tasks, event coordination, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring high-quality service

• Plan and organize community events, taking care of all event materials and logistics

• Accurately process applications for customer credit and keep customer credit records current

• Use software like Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, and others to enhance task efficiency

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required

• Manage the calendar for the C-Suite, assisting in their event coordination

• Keep track of office supplies inventory and manage shipping & receiving processes

• Operate a multi-line phone system and deliver outstanding customer service

• Execute email marketing strategies to engage customers

• Oversee the company's online presence on platforms like GMail, Dropbox, Microsoft, WordPress, and Zoom. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in using Banner Ads

• Experience in using Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual meetings and conferences

• Knowledge of Concur for travel and expense management

• Familiarity with CRM platforms for client relationship management

• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software for project management

• Understanding of budget processes and financial management

• Ability to manage calendars and coordinate meetings

• Experience in communicating effectively with C-Suite executives

• Proven experience in coordinating events, including community events

• Skills in event coordination, logistics, monitoring, processing, and promotion

• Ability to manage event materials and data

• Experience in planning and executing live events and marketing events

• Expertise in special event planning

• Proficiency in using GMail, Dropbox, Microsoft Suite, and WordPress

• Experience in using Zoom for virtual meetings and webinars

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience in answering multi-line phone systems

• Proven skills in email marketing
