As the Dispatch Scheduler / Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for all homeowners, customer service representatives, and clients while scheduling all jobs with appropriate personnel. Controls the daily creation of project and employee work orders for scheduled jobs through PSA.

What you’ll be responsible for…
Creating new jobs within the system and setting up the initial folder structure for saving
all project-related documents.
Creation of daily work orders in the system for technician job directive for the next day
Calling clients to set up appointments that work with internal scheduling availability.
Calling all clients for next day job assignments off internal schedule to verify needed
details for technician’s arrival at job site.
Assist in answering phones and issuing purchase orders to employees for tracking of all
purchases so they are properly accounted for by job.
Books needed travel arrangements for employees per the direction of schedule of
employees along with updated arrangements and cancellations as needed.
Maintains accurate and current documents and filing system for all project information.
Scanning all needed items to jobs as it comes in for set up and processing.
Other items as directed.
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, highly organized; able to analyze information
Customer Service Work
Must have data entry skills.
