Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, billing, and invoice processing. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing you with the chance to grow and develop within our team.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support the processing of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform tasks and maintain records.
• Assist with account reconciliation tasks, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Support the management of customer accounts, taking appropriate action as needed.
• Assist with financial tasks related to housing and property management.
• Support the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to the management of bookkeeping tasks, maintaining organized and accurate records.
• Assist with other accounting functions as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our team. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation is required.
• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP).
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Experience in billing is expected.
• Must be adept in data entry tasks.
• Proficiency in invoice processing is required.
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Oracle is necessary.
• Experience with QuickBooks is expected.
• Knowledge of SAP is required.
