Description
An Accounting Clerk is needed for a successful Healthcare Organization in Los Angeles. The Accounting Clerk must have at least 1 year of experience in accounting experience
Duties:
Processing invoices and payments: Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices and preparing them for payment.
Recording Transactions: Recording financial transactions in accounting software and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Reconciling Accounts: Reconciling accounts payable transactions, preparing reports and reconciling vendor statements.
Handling Inquiries: Responding to inquiries from vendors, resolving disputes, and supporting internal stakeholders.
Maintaining Records: Maintaining accurate files and records of invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting regulations.
Participating in Audits: Participating in internal and external audits to provide support and ensure compliance to internal controls.
Interacting with Staff: Interacting with staff of all levels to ensure timely completion of required tasks.
