Description A Robert Half Management Resources client is in immediate need for a senior level consultant for a 4-month period. This consultant with be part of a large team participating in UAT. Duties include but not limited to:

UAT Leadership: Lead and oversee all aspects of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management.

Intercompany Transactions Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing, intercompany agreements, and reconciliation processes.

System Implementations: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate the successful implementation of financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

US GAAP Compliance: Advise clients on US GAAP accounting standards and best practices, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing proactive support to address their business needs.

Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

Knowledge Sharing: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, and share insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.

Minimum of [10] years of experience in a consulting role, with a focus on UAT, intercompany transactions, system implementations, and US GAAP.

Deep understanding of financial systems, ERP platforms ( Oracle and EPM), and their integration with business processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
