Description
A company in the fashion industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their growing team!
Job Description: The AR Clerk will be coordinating and assisting with the completion of the company’s accounts receivable function, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all records. This position will need you to be familiar with NetSuite and Excel.
Responsibilities:
Execute daily tasks such as updating receivable ledgers, preparing invoices, and bank deposits.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage collections and follow up on overdue invoices.
Monitor credit card charges, chargebacks, and other transactions.
Prepare reports and summaries and present findings to the management team.
Collaborate with sales or customer service concerning account status or related issues.
Requirements
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) role.
Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel is essential.
Experience with chargebacks will be a valuable asset.
Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
