Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California
A West LA based apparel company is looking for a very detailed oriented Administrative Assistant on a temporary-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for answering and routing customer phone calls, data entry into Excel, managing their inventory system and email correspondence with their customers. You will also handle light clerical duties such as ordering office supplies, managing and organizing the samples and swatches. This is a small office, so being able to be a team player is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and is an advanced Excel user. This position is a temporary-to-hire role, Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm. Pay is up to $50K DOE.
Requirements - Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience
Microsoft Excel experience required
Proven ability to use the internet for research
- Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
