Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California
A non-profit foundation is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a 5 month remote temporary assignment.
Daily duties will include:
• Schedule calls/meetings. This will include with multiple parties on a single call, and navigating/scheduling multiple calls simultaneously.
• Data entry (into Salesforce)
• Developing a file organization system, keeping it up to date, etc.
• Synthesizing information in documents (cutting and pasting from various docs into single docs)
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of very strong administrative/project support experience. Intermediate MS Suite and Outlook experience is necessary for this position and Salesforce, Asana and Dropbox experience are required. To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly detailed oriented, have the ability to move quickly, and have strong written/verbal communication skills. Hours are 9-6pm, Monday-Friday and pay is up to $40/hr DOE.

Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Proven ability to use the internet for research
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer Data Entry experience highly preferred
Adeptness in e-Filing
General familiarity with Daily Schedule
Demonstrated knowledge of Coordinating Schedules
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
Experience with Dropbox
MS Outlook experience
Practical knowledge of data entry
Salesforce.com experience preferred
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
