Attorney opportunity with blossoming DTLA employment law firm!!
Robert Half Legal is working with a law firm located in downtown Los Angeles that is quickly growing. This plaintiff firm protects the community in employment law matters. The ideal attorney will be familiar with plaintiff litigation, particularly class action employment matters. This attorney will be managing a caseload with supervision from the firm's principal and senior attorneys.
This associate attorney will be managing a caseload of matters from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities of Associate Attorney:
Discovery, including depositions DOE.
Law and motion.
Court appearances.
Pleadings.
Communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
Compensation:
1-5 year attorneys can earn between 120,000 to 180,000 DOE.
Discretionary bonuses based on firm performance and merit.
401k w/ 3% match.
Medical is covered 70% for the employee, 50% for dental.
Kicks in 30 or 60 after employment.
Reasonable use PTO policy.
Paid parking.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in plaintiff litigation, preferably employment.
Willing to work onsite in DTLA.
