Description
Our client, a thriving boutique law firm based in West LA is currently looking for a Senior Business Litigation Attorney to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute detailed litigation strategies while ensuring cases are effectively managed to meet the clients’ objectives.
Draft, review, and implement various legal documents such as complaints, briefs, discovery requests, and motions.
Collaborate with other team members to prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials.

JD from an accredited law school and active membership of the State Bar of California.
2+ years of experience in business litigation.
