Description
Established company in West Los Angeles has partnered with Robert Half in their search for an on-site contract Corporate Real Estate Paralegal or Law Clerk.
RESPONSIBILITIES of Corporate Paralegal or Law Clerk
• Review, redline, and draft a range of commercial agreements and leases.
• Conduct legal research covering lease and real estate, contracts, labor and employment, Head Start regulations, governance, insurance, property, and intellectual property.
• Support in responding record subpoenas.
Requirements
Must have 2+ years of experience in drafting and reviewing agreements and at least 2 years of corporate transactional experience.
Must have BA or Paralegal Certificate
This role is 100% on-site
