Thriving Litigation Firm Seeks Coverage Opinion Attorney
The Insurance Coverage Attorney will handle coverage analysis to clients for Excess Insurance; Reinsurance; Directors and Officers Insurance; Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance, Miscellaneous Professional Liability Insurance, Employment Practices Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
Insurance Coverage Attorney:
They will be working and advising major insurance carriers
Will be drafting coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters for insurers
Advising insurers on various contract issues in multiple jurisdictions
Will also handle and manage professional liability claims as third party administrator
This position can be 100% remote--Attorney must reside in California. The billables are 1600-1950 depending on salary sought. Attorney can do 4 hour work week!

Requirements
JD from ABA-approved school
Active California Bar License
8+ years of coverage experience in california
Complex coverage analysis experience required
Reside in California
