Robert Half Ecommerce Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles, California
If you love building solid customer relationships, you might be the Customer Service Representative Robert Half is looking for. Our client, a well-known apparel brand, is looking to hire several remote customer service representatives. This position requires someone to reply to tier one tech tickets. You will answer basic questions about product, return policies, etc. Excellent customer service skills are a must. We are looking for candidates who are available for weekend shifts, so you must have weekend availability. This is a fun, fast paced environment and we are looking for candidates who have previous experience with a ticketing system similar to Magento, Zendesk, etc.

Handle incoming telephone calls
Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Receive and send written business correspondence
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Requirements - Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
CRM experience preferred
Well-founded grasp of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Data entry experience highly desired
Call Center Customer Service experience
Foundational knowledge in call centers
Proficiency in customer service
Proven knowledge of Typing Data Entry
Customer service and office administrative skills
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Microsoft Office experience preferred
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
