The basic clerical tasks of this position include maintenance/management of physical and digital filing systems, operation of office equipment, and completion of general office work. Handle and support diverse projects on the behalf of other employees
Manage files from departments and employees by gathering and indexing
Field and answer questions about records and files
Ensure proper document filing as part of quality control
Office related tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing
Retrieving data within allotted time frames
Make sure a high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents are arranged within specific guidelines
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Comprehensive knowledge of filing
- Experience with Word and Excel

Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
