Description
We are offering an opportunity for a Medical Customer Service Rep to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role involves interacting with patients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the appropriate medical solutions. You will be expected to use your strong interpersonal skills to build trust and inspire confidence in our patients, while also utilizing your knowledge of basic medical terminology and inside sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with patients to understand their medical needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Utilize strong listening skills to accurately understand patient concerns and queries
• Counsel patients on what to expect from tests to fittings, adapting medical technology to their personal needs
• Participate in grassroots marketing and community outreach to promote our services
• Use social media advertising to increase awareness and drive engagement with our services
• Apply knowledge of healthcare sales to drive revenue and meet sales targets
• Use basic medical terminology to accurately describe medical procedures and solutions to patients
• Adapt to changing patient needs and provide personalized solutions
• Collaborate with team members to improve patient experience and service delivery.
Hours are Monday- Sunday 10AM-9PM onsite
Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably within the medical sector
• Proficiency in social media advertising
• Experience in healthcare sales is desirable
• Inside sales experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficiency in using computer software and online systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
