Description
A Hospital in Downtown Los Angeles is hiring immediately for a Hospital Medical Collector. The Hospital Medical Collections Specialist will be responsible for the following:
Billing/ AR Follow Up of HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medi-Cal insurance
EOB review, UB04 claims
Insurance follow up via phone and/or insurance web portals
Appeals and denials management
Insurance verification and authorization
Experience with primary and secondary insurances
2+ years experience with facility or detail oriented claims
