Description

Our reputable client is seeking a Human Resources Director to join their organization.

Position Overview: We are in search of an exceptional HR Director to join our client and spearhead a comprehensive overhaul of their HR division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to support our business objectives, foster a positive organizational culture, and drive employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and address workforce needs, anticipate challenges, and drive solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and accountability.

  • Oversee talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.

  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.

  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

  • Drive continuous improvement efforts in HR processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • SHRM-CP certification is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Director role within the manufacturing industry.

  • Proven track record of success in leading HR initiatives and driving organizational change.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employment law, compensation and benefits, and HRIS systems.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

  • Experience with hybrid work arrangements preferred.
