Reputable law firm is growing! They are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, California. The role encompasses a range of HR functions, focusing on delivering exceptional service and clear communication. This role is instrumental in supporting the organization's growth.
Responsibilities:
• Delivering effective communication among all levels within the organization
• Overseeing the hiring processes to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment
• Ensuring compliance with labor and tax laws, particularly in relation to payroll processing
• Managing employee relations, fostering a positive work environment
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies
• Overseeing the administration of employee benefits
• Utilizing Human resources software for efficient and effective HR management
• Working in collaboration with the finance team, especially in the context of payroll processing
• Utilizing skills in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to streamline HR processes
• Ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration.

Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Demonstrable experience in managing benefit functions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record in maintaining compliance in all HR practices.
• Solid experience in managing employee relations.
• Expertise in handling various hiring processes.
• Familiarity with different Human Resources software.
• Experience with ADP - Payroll is a must.
