In House Entertainment Company Seeks Corporate Paralegal
Corporate client is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This position will play a pivotal role in handling various legal aspects including contracts, corporate maintenance, M& A, and other generalist duties. The ideal Corporate Paralegal will have a strong background in corporate law and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain corporate records and filings
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
Support M& A transactions, including due diligence and document preparation
Conduct legal research and analysis as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements
Provide general legal support and assistance as required

5+ years of general corporate paralegal experience
