Robert Half In-House Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, California
Description
Top global investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial restructuring, and valuation has partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search for a hybrid contract-to-hire In-House Litigation Attorney
Responsibilities:
• Respond to subpoenas and document requests as part of the litigation process
• Prepare for depositions and work with various teams to ensure strong communication
• Review and negotiate confidentiality agreements as part of the role (will train)
• Conduct high-level due diligence concerning relationships (will train)
• Conduct due diligence as necessary. (will train)
Must be barred in CA
Must be in office 2 days per week (Century City or other cities listed below)
Requirements
Must be hybrid, in office 2 days per week.
Can sit in any of the following offices: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago. Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles (Century City), Miami, Minneapolis, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum three years of experience
JD or LLM from Accredited school
MUST BE BARRED IN CA
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and work well under pressure.
Salary Range upon hire: up to 200K
