Robert Half In-House Real Estate Attorney: Commercial Leasing in Los Angeles, California
Description
A successful real estate company is seeking a new attorney for their in-house team. This real estate attorney will handle a variety of matters for commercial and multifamily properties.
This real estate attorney will be responsible for:
Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including commercial leases, construction contracts, financing agreements, operational agreements, etc.
Draft letters related to landlord/tenant issues
Liaise with outside counsel
Assist with acquisitions and dispositions as well as employment, environmental, and compliance matters
Corporate governance work, including forming and maintaining corporate entities and drafting corporate minutes, resolutions, and filings
Assist with a variety of insurance matters
The ideal attorney will have 3+ years of real estate experience. The ideal real estate attorney will have strong experience with commercial leasing. The ideal real estate attorney will also have experience drafting other contracts and corporate governance documents.
