Description
We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will oversee the daily operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring network stability, security, and performance. Your responsibilities will also include managing IT projects, providing technical support, and coordinating with external vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Implement and manage security protocols, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection, and encryption.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to prevent potential vulnerabilities.
• Provide hands-on support for network, hardware, and software issues.
• Manage IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades and the integration of new systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure technology solutions align with business goals.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff in a clear and understandable way.
• Administer firewalls, VPNs, and threat detection systems to safeguard the organization's IT environment.
• Manage IT assets, including tracking and maintaining inventory of hardware, software, and licensing agreements.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
• Proficiency in Active Directory
• Demonstrable knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Ubiquiti or something similar
• Expertise in Firewall management and setup
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Experience with VPN - Virtual Private Network setup and management
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows
• Familiarity with Mac OS
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
