Robert Half Jr. Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California


A mental health non-profit located in Santa Monica is looking for an Administrative Assistant to start immediately. This is an on-site role covering for a 6 month LOA. There is a strong chance the position could extend or go permanent for the right individual as our client is adding to their staff! This is an on-site position and hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. As the Administrative Assistant, your main job duties will be to answer the phones and provide exceptional customer service for all visitors, clients, callers, and staff, maintain a record keeping system of electronic health records, and manage a busy office calendar. Additional duties will include data entry, contact with vendors, ordering office supplies, and special administrative projects. Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented candidate with strong administrative skills and excellent service skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus! Pay is $20-21.50/hr during the contract period.


  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

    • Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
