Description
A prominent boutique plaintiff firm is seeking a new attorney for their close-knit team. This attorney will litigate a variety of cases, including consumer class actions, real estate litigation, mold and toxic tort claims, and select personal injury matters.
The partner of this firm invests heavily in the training of his associates. He graduated from Ivy League schools and started his career in big law. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who wants to assist with trials in both state and federal court.
The ideal attorney will have:
1+ year of litigation experience
Experience drafting discovery and motions
Experience making court appearances
Experience taking and/or defending depositions
A desire to try cases
The firm is offering this attorney generous bonus potential, in addition to health benefits and PTO.
This attorney will have the permanent flexibility to work remotely 3 days/week!
