Description
Want to work for the state's number one employment trial firm?
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on wage and hour laws, regulations, and precedents.
Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop robust case strategies and provide strategic counsel to clients.
Represent clients in wage and hour disputes, administrative proceedings, and court hearings with confidence and professionalism.
Conduct client interviews, depositions, and witness examinations to gather crucial evidence and insights.
Two days/week onsite in West Los Angeles.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of experience practicing litigation in California.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar of California and in good standing.
