Prestigious plaintiff's firm seeks a driven Litigation Associate with 2+ years of litigation experience to join their growing team. This is a unique Litigation Associate opportunity to work on high-impact cases without the pressure of billable hours, focusing on delivering exceptional results for the clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on complex legal issues

• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents

• Assist with discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness interactions

• Manage and organize case files and documents using eDiscovery platforms

• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

• Work collaboratively with partners, associates, and paralegals to achieve successful outcomes

• Stay up-to-date on legal developments in mass torts and plaintiff litigation

• Contribute to the development and implementation of litigation strategy

• Opportunity to second chair or take lead on smaller matters

Requirements

Qualifications:

• California State Bar License

• Excellent academic credentials

• Federal clerkship experience preferred

• 2+ years of experience in complex and/or plaintiff litigation

• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases

• Experience with eDiscovery platforms preferred
