Description
A well-known medical malpractice and employment defense firm that values diversity seeks a Litigation Attorney with 1+ years of litigation experience. The Litigation Attorney will work with the partnership team and will handle complex federal and state litigation cases, take and defend depositions, all aspects of written discovery, pre-trial work, and trial work along with the partnership team. The firm offers a diverse and collaborative environment with excellent mentorship!
This firm is VERY flexible, allowing its attorneys to choose their own work environment (100% remote, hybrid remote, or fully onsite) with the expectation that they can cover court appearances and depositions as required in Los Angeles.
The firm has a reasonable yearly billable requirement of 1800 hours.
