Robert Half The Creative Group Marketing/Communications Coordinator in Los Angeles, California

The Creative Group (TCG) is actively hiring a fulltime Marketing Associate with experience doing Influencer Marketing on YouTube. This is an amazing opportunity for someone from a four year university and at least one year digital marketing experience to get in at the ground level and make a tremendous impact for a high flying start up. You will be involved with all things marketing, and gain hands on experience unlike any big company (who will partition you into one discipline). You will be "get in early" to a fast growing start-up as well as initially work closely with the CEO and Head of Product. The Marketing Associate role is for someone hungry, smart, and ambitious who is a self-starter and wants to make in impact. Our initial marketing campaigns are predominantly focused around influencer marketing and YouTube in particular, but will also consist of paid and organic programs, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, email, content marketing, etc. We don't expect you to have experience in every marketing channel coming into the role, except social and influencer, but you will get the opportunity to get involved and learn about all channels. This position will initially work closely with the CEO and be our first marketing hire as we thoughtfully build out the department. Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Marketing is a large part of the position. Recruit Influencers to partner with, particularly on Youtube, and develop interesting campaigns leveraging our unique brand and value proposition

  • Oversee and schedule all organic social media. Develop and implement initial strategy, create posts, track KPIs.

  • Manage external agencies for paid social campaigns and podcasting

  • Oversee and schedule all Content Marketing and Blog Posts, both internal and 3rd parties.

  • Oversee and implement Email and SMS marketing campaigns

  • Oversee and implement affiliate marketing initiatives
