Description We are seeking a Medical Recruiter in Los Angeles, California. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the healthcare industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, utilizing various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook. This role will operate in a cubicle setting and requires flexibility with work hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage in full cycle recruiting, sourcing potential candidates from multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook and other social media outlets

• Utilize HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for efficient recruitment processes

• Conduct phone screenings before setting up interviews with potential candidates

• Understand and respect the cultural diversity of the potential candidate pool, which predominantly consists of African American & Latino populations

• Handle additional projects assigned, demonstrating the ability to multitask and manage workload effectively

• Foster a positive and energetic work environment despite the isolated workspace

• Utilize Workday Recruiting system to manage candidate information and recruitment activities

• Exhibit strong corporate recruiting skills and talent acquisition strategies

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding

• Ensure diversity in recruitment, aligning with the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Corporate Recruiting

• Knowledge and understanding of Diversity Recruitment practices

• Proven track record of Full Cycle Recruiting

• Proficiency in Internet Recruiting

• Basic understanding of general Recruiting principles

• Experience with Recruitment - Sourcing

• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting software

• Prior involvement in Recruiting Activities

• Experience working with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems

• Proven ability in Talent Acquisition

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is a plus.
