Robert Half International Office Manager in Los Angeles, California


Our client, a national Non-Profit organization, is looking for an Office Manager to support the West Los Angeles office. This role reports directly into the Regional Director and we are looking for someone who has at least three years of progressive administrative support experience. As the office Manager you will be responsible for a variety of support functions which include but are not limited to facilities management, property management of the building, calendar management, coordinating meetings and speaking engagements, travel arrangements etc. You will also work directly with vendors, screen phone calls, provide administrative support for board meetings, light event planning and other tasks surrounding their fundraising events. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. The work hours are Monday through Thursday from 9-5:30 and Friday's from 9-3. This company offers an excellent benefits package which includes all Jewish Holidays off. Salary range on this position is $50K, DOE. How you will make an impact

  • Participate in creating and altering office policies and procedure for improved workflow

  • Manage overall office administration

  • Take charge of communication systems, copy services, word processing, utility services, main and distribution services, office reception, and office equipment

  • Support Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff

  • Assess and find improvements in office efficiencies


  • Proficiency in Coordinate Travel Arrangements

  • Arranging Travel experience

  • Contracts experience

  • Calendar Management experience

  • Coding Invoices experience

  • Need at least 3+ years of job related experience

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role required
