Description We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Paralegal to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing complex civil and white-collar criminal litigation cases. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing and managing high volumes of client documents, tracking and summarizing document productions, and preparing legal documents for attorney review.

Responsibilities:

• Create event chronologies with links to key documents and establish a list of key individuals and entities related to each case

• Organize and manage a high volume of client documents, discovery productions, third-party records, and deposition transcripts

• Track, index, and summarize document productions in multi-party cases

• Utilize Relativity to design and run targeted searches; code documents for issues and privilege prior to production and attorney review

• Review initial discovery responses against supplemental filings to identify new material

• Draft motions to compel responses to discovery

• Review expert reports and retrieve cited sources

• Assemble and organize deposition exhibits and attorney preparation documents

• Summarize depositions and prepare exhibits to complaints, motions, and briefs

• Conduct follow-up interviews with witnesses

• Attend client proffer sessions with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, record notes, and draft comprehensive file memos

• Research experts, judges, and business entities, and vet potential plaintiffs for online privacy class actions

Skills:

• Proficiency in LexisNexis, Concordance, and Relativity

• Prior experience with Litigation Paralegal duties, including Trial Preparation, Document Production and Ediscovery

• Ability to create detailed Chronologies and handle Subpoenas

• Experience with Trial Prep - Vis Aids - Models - Mockups Requirements • Proficiency in LexisNexis and Relativity software for legal research and eDiscovery

• Experience in Litigation Paralegal tasks, including preparation of legal documents and coordination with legal teams

• Knowledge and experience in handling Subpoenas and other legal procedures

• Proficiency in Concordance software for document management

• Experience in Trial Preparation, including creating visual aids, models, and mockups

• Ability to create and maintain Chronologies for case management

• Experience in Document Production, including drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents

• Knowledge and experience in eDiscovery processes and tools

• Experience in Paralegal tasks, providing comprehensive support to attorneys and legal teams.
