Description
Robert Half Legal is working with a fast-growing immigration law firm looking to bring on a new paralegal. The firm represents clients in all 50 states in cases relating to family and humanitarian immigration law. The firm is based in Pasadena.
Responsibilities of Role:
This immigration paralegal will review and prepare immigration applications (VAWA/I-360, I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131).
Assist attorney with preparation of case and act as point of contact with clients.
Inform clients of missing documents and the process of their cases before and after filing.
The immigration paralegal will provide status reports regarding assigned cases on a weekly basis to managing attorney.
Use case management system to update processing status and new client information.
Maintain hardcopy and electronic client case files.
Translate client documents.
Compensation:
Salary range – 47k-65k DOE
Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Requirements
The ideal immigration paralegal should have:
2+ years of experience in immigration law.
Spanish speaking.
Experience with humanitarian and family-based immigration.
Excellent customer service and communication.
