Description A westside technology company is in search or a temporary Purchasing Specialist for a temporary position. THis role requires 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within a large organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and has he ability to self manage. On a day to day basis, duties include processing purchase orders, invoice clean up, contacting vendors, and working with internal teams to properly code and follow up on projects. Exposure to accounting or experience working in an accounting department is a big plus. Additional duties include accounts payable processing and GL coding. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Smartsheets is a plus not a must. Ideal hours are 8-530, this is a remote role for now.
