Job Title: Project Manager, Application Development
Location: Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA (onsite 4x per week)
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 + Excellent Benefits
Our company, a forefront leader in the e-commerce industry, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget in the e-commerce industry. We prioritize candidates with diverse experiences and perspectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage multiple work streams and coordinate the interdependent tasks of our product and engineering teams.
Lead the harmonization of our engineering teams into a cohesive unit.
Liaise effectively with all project stakeholders, ensuring adherence to schedule and full alignment.
Mentor and coach junior project management staff.
Requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager in a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project.
Proven track record of handling multiple parallel projects (4-5 workstreams) on time.
Must have experience in the Ecommerce industry.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello.
Experience mentoring and coaching junior project managers, nice to have.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
