Description Robert Half is seeking a Property Accountant for our client! The ideal Property Accountant will have experience in accounting and property management, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems. What you get to do every day
Assemble reporting packages and financial statements
Support efforts around internal controls, including implementation, maintenance, and adherence
Maintain fixed-asset ledger, depreciation and reconciliation
Coordinate and examine financial data and report it in a clear, useful manner
Put together intricate journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain capital lease and monthly payment schedules
Assemble income statement and balance sheet analyses monthly for management reporting Requirements
Experience with Yardi Voyager
Dependability in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills in particular
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
Multi-Location or Multi-Entity Accounting preferred
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
