Robert Half Property Administrator in Los Angeles, California

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Los Angeles, California. The role will be based in a workplace with a strong focus on workplace experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for various administrative duties in the property industry, including the execution of receptionist duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of properties

• Process customer inquiries effectively and efficiently

• Monitor property accounts and execute appropriate action when required

• Coordinate with property owners, tenants and service providers

• Handle the reception duties, including answering phone calls and emails

• Facilitate property viewings and inspections

• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately

• Assist in the preparation and execution of property leases and agreements

• Maintain an organized filing system for all property-related documents

• Contribute to the creation of a positive and engaging workplace experience. Requirements • Possess a minimum of one year working experience as a Property Administrator or in a similar role.

• Proficient in performing Receptionist Duties such as handling phone calls, welcoming guests, and scheduling meetings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is an advantage.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus.

• Valid real estate agent or property management license.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting and financial reporting.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
