Exceptional Opportunity for Trial Attorney (100% Remote) with Southern CA Law Firm - Can Sit Anywhere in U.S
Requirements
Requirements:
+Licensed to practice in CA
+5 or more yrs exp practicing civ lit in CA
+Deposition and trial experience; 1st chair preferred
Primary Practice Area(s):
+Real Estate (primarily residential/HOA, also some commercial/retail/mixed use) litigation
+Some business disputes & transactional matters
+Opportunity for expansion into other areas
Responsibilities:
+Manage caseload of 3-4 cases simultaneously (12 cases annually currently)
+Have case support form associate and paralegal; review associate’s work
+Discovery, conduct depositions, draft pleadings/motions, trial prep/appear in court, client interaction
Compensation:
+$ 190-215k base salary
+Quarterly/annual comp review & career path review
+10% origination bonus; quarterly payout
+Discretionary annual bonus
