Description We are in search of a diligent Receptionist to join our team located in Toms River, New Jersey. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, helping to support a broad range of administrative tasks, from managing inquiries, arranging travel plans, to maintaining accurate customer records. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Admin/Operations industry.
Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for visitors and office tenants, providing a warm, detail oriented greeting and answering any inquiries.
• Manage customer service tasks such as processing requests, resolving complaints, and providing detailed information as needed.
• Handle administrative support tasks, including shipping, planning events, coordinating services, and maintaining logs.
• Assist with arranging and confirming recreational, dining, and/or business activities for visitors and tenants.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on their status.
• Maintain precise records of service requests and visitor requests.
• Perform receptionist duties such as answering inbound calls and managing correspondence.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform various office functions.
• Assist with travel arrangements and transportation services as needed.
• Work flexibly, adapting to office needs and working schedules. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proven experience in customer service, with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage office functions such as correspondence, shipping, and maintaining logs
• Experience in handling inbound calls and managing complaints with professionalism
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and managing reservations and travel arrangements
• Capability to perform receptionist duties, ensuring security and managing property
• Experience in coordinating facility operations and transportation services
• Ability to work with R Code and develop validation plans
• Experience in catering services would be advantageous
• Previous experience with tenant relations and property management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for operations and planning tasks.
