We are offering a long-term contract for a driven Recruiter that will last through the end of the year, and possibly longer. The successful candidate will have inhouse and/or agency recruiting experience and will have the ability to develop relationships with hiring managers and provide an excellent candidate experience during the recruiting process. Previous experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS is preferred. This role offers some hybrid flexibility and occasionally you can work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review resumes; efficiently and accurately.

• Conduct one round of interviews for multiple job titles including Manager of Business Integration, Director of City Services, and roles on the Partnership Marketing team.

• Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate documentation of the hiring processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the role of HR Recruiter or similar HR role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ATS - (Greenhouse preferred)

• Knowledge and experience with CareerBuilder platform

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to conduct thorough background checks

• Understanding of benefit functions within an organization

• Strong documentation skills

• Familiarity with various hiring processes and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
