Robert Half Senior Financial Analyst - Clinical Trials in Los Angeles, California
Our client is in search for a Senior Financial Analyst to assist them in supporting their Clinical Trials Grant Department. The experienced Senior Financial Analyst must have experience setting up study budgets, calendars, milestones, etc. The Financial Analyst - Clinical Trials will assist in facilitating the day to day operations of all shared resource core facilities. The talented analyst will require strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with shared resource directors and managers. The senior financial analyst will also provide analysis and prepare financial reports for all facilities and provide recommendations as needed. The grant analyst will generate reports for financial reporting along with several of their projects needed for the submission of the grant renewal. The senior financial analyst will provide backup support in all billing activities both internal and external for all shared resource and perform budget preparation for their grants.
Additional Responsibilities Below:
2+ years clinical trial and research finance experience in the healthcare industry.
Oversee development and maintenance of clinical trial study tools such as protocol specific flow sheets, pre and post award financial analysis, budgeting, and training documentation.
Support audit initiatives for their clinical trials, experience with IRB compliance, and regulatory pricing.
Communicate with Principal Investigators (PI’s) on financial updates, present compliance analysis to leadership, and maintain NIH compliance.
Bachelor’s degree is required

2-3 Years of Clinical Trials Grant Accounting and Finance Experience
