Description
ROBERT HALF LEGAL is looking to add a Talent Manager to their award winning legal team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of legal or sales experience and be excited about the opportunity to help candidates find new opportunities in the Southern California market. This position will recruit, interview, and match attorneys, paralegals, and legal support professionals with law firms and corporations on project and contract to full-time positions. The Talent Manager plays an integral role in the success of the team and partners with the Client Solutions Manager to consult on the market, legal skills, and needs for a successful placement.
Robert Half offers world class training, top tier technology, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission ($30K - $150K+ depending on year). This position is hybrid and requires being on-site 3 days a week in Westwood, California. To be considered, apply right away!
