Description
A thriving business and real estate law firm is seeking a Trial Attorney with at least 5 years of California civil litigation experience to join its team, as this is a new role due to growth! The firm has a supportive, collaborative environment and offers a path to partnership. The firm encourages work-life balance and supports its attorneys in getting involved with extracurricular activities.
The firm is very flexible, and this Trial Attorney will work 100% remotely!
This Trial Attorney will have an associate and paralegal, and the Trial Attorney will be involved in at least 4 cases at a time. This Trial Attorney will be responsible for:
Client Interaction
Discovery
Drafting law and motion
Court appearances
Depositions
Trial preparation and attending trials
Billables 145/month

Requirements
Requirements:
California State Bar
5+ years of California civil litigation experience as a California licensed attorney
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Experience taking and defending depositions
Attending trial
