Job Title: Web Analytics Manager
Location: San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid onsite 3x per week)
Salary: $150,000 + Benefits
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, and hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Additionally, proficiency in MS PowerBI or Tableau is required.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, and GA4 to gather, analyze, and interpret web data.
Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Implement and manage tagging solutions to ensure accurate data collection and mapping.
Utilize data visualization tools such as MS PowerBI or Tableau to present data in a clear and concise manner.
Utilize knowledge of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
Take ownership of reporting needs and ensure timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and drive business decisions through data insights.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in web analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Hands-on experience with MS PowerBI or Tableau.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or advanced certification in a related field.
Experience with additional analytics and visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive business decisions through data insights.
