The Los Angeles, Phoenix offices is seeking a Workday Financials Project Manager to join our growing team.

    Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Experience leading / managing future state design and process improvement projects focused on Record to Report (R2R) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) business functions

  • Functional and systems experience focused on R2R and/or O2C business functions

  • Experience serving as a solution architect, project manager and/or workstream lead for R2R and/or O2C during the design and implementation of a top-tier ERP system. In this capacity, key responsibilities include: project planning and management, process assessment / current state analysis, facilitating design workshops, documenting functional and system requirements, documenting and developing executive level recommendations , and summaries

  • Experience implementing the top-tier ERP systems, including Workday, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or SAP. Key responsibilities as part of these initiatives include: requirements definition, facilitating design workshops, testing, data conversion, training, cutover, and post go-live support

  • K nowledge of segregation of duties concepts, sensitive access and experience in user access security including design and configuration of Workday, Oracle Cloud, and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • E xperience leading and performing application control reviews and risk assessments for customers running Workday, Oracle, SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • E xperience assessing an ERP platform in the context of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuous learn and share knowledge

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and willingness to present on a variety of functional or technical topics to broad audiences

  • Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries

  • Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants and Senior Consultants

    Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in relevant academic area ( e.g., MIS, CIS) or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • 5 + years in a related field required, preferably in professional services and/or industry

  • Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, or SAP Certifications are strongly preferred

    We travel throughout the month frequently based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.
