Position Overview: As a Client Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advancing the objectives of the Wealth Advisory team. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who excels in client service, administrative tasks, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Wealth Advisory team to fulfill client service requests, including handling client correspondence, updating CRM systems, scheduling meetings, and generating reports.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of client service activities, adhering to compliance procedures and completing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Facilitate client communications through various channels, including phone, email, video, and in-person or virtual meetings and events.
Actively contribute to building and nurturing client relationships, supporting efforts to retain and expand the client base.
Cultivate relationships with clients and prospects to promote products and offerings and provide educational resources as needed.
Work closely with external centers of influence (COIs) and internal teams to ensure a seamless and superior client experience.
Organize and host events for client prospects and existing clients, curating relevant content to enhance engagement and foster relationships.
May involve occasional local and regional travel as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3+ years of professional services experience; financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Series 65 license or commitment to obtain the license within 3 months of employment.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to foster relationships across the firm.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity both personally and professionally practicing a fiduciary approach to managing client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing various technology solutions, including Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, and Junxure CRM, is preferred.
