Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager in LOUISVILLE, Colorado. This role will primarily focus on overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable process within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of all accounts receivable transactions and supporting related duties. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Support the Controller in related duties.
• Lead a team of 2 Accounts Receivable representatives.
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain records and process transactions.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Handle accounting functions and billing functions.
• Manage cash activity and check processing.
• Utilize NetSuite and Netsuite CRM for various tasks.
• Resolve any issues related to accounts receivable. Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software System
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Knowledge of Billing Functions
• Familiarity with Cash Activity
• Experience with Check Processing
• Proficiency in using NetSuite
• Familiarity with Netsuite CRM
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to accounts receivable.
